Job description- We have been with MCSiS for approximatley 2 years, Working on retail shop fit outs. All works completed out of hours and the shops must be open for business at 9am. The shops are usually completed over 2-3 nights, depending on size. First night uplift of existng floor coverings and subfloor preparation (latex self levelling compound or Plywood) due to the time restraints we use a rapid setting latex, then clean down ready for opening. Second/Third nights, Fitting Karndean LVT in front of house, Carpet tiles in staff areas and Altro saftey flooring in the Bathrooms. The bathrooms vary, some are flat fit with a sit on skirting and some self coved to 100mm
